How quickly will I hear back?

Within one business day, from someone senior enough to answer real questions — not an account manager sending a calendar link. If your enquiry arrives over the weekend you will hear from us Monday morning.

What happens on the first call?

Thirty to forty-five minutes, no slides. You describe the problem, we ask the questions that let us size it honestly, and we tell you whether we are the right studio. If we are not, we will usually know someone who is.

Do you work with clients outside Pakistan?

Accepted Answer

Yes — most of our work is remote and we run projects across UK, Gulf and North American time zones. We hold overlapping hours with your team and keep a shared channel open for the whole engagement.

What do you need from me to quote?

Less than you think. A description of the problem, roughly who it is for, and any hard constraints — deadline, budget ceiling, existing platform. We can shape the rest together in discovery.

Do you sign NDAs?

Routinely. Send yours over and we will review and sign, usually the same day. If you would rather use ours, we can supply a standard mutual NDA.
