PixelVirsa started in 2019 with a small conviction and a smaller office: that most digital work fails on the details, and that the details are not optional.
The name carries it. Virsa means inheritance — what gets handed down and looked after. We took it because a website, an app, a search presence, a brand’s voice online: these are things a business inherits from whoever built them last, and lives with for years. Built carelessly, they are a debt. Built well, they compound.
So we work small and deliberately. A single team of designers, engineers and marketers who sit together, argue in the same room, and stay on a project from the first interview to the release after launch. There is no account layer relaying messages, and no junior team quietly inheriting the work once the contract is signed.
We have shipped for clinics, freight fleets, skincare founders, cafés and biotech labs. What holds across all of them is not an industry or a technology — it is a standard. Every pixel has a reason for being where it is. Every one of them has a home.

Industries served
From clinics to logistics to consumer retail
Not a poster in a meeting room. These are the arguments we are willing to have with clients, and with each other.
Craft over volume
We take on fewer projects than we could. It is the only way the details survive contact with a deadline — and the details are the entire difference between competent and memorable.
Plain speech
No jargon used to sound impressive, no status reports that hide a problem. If something is behind or a decision was wrong, you hear it from us first and early.
Evidence, not taste
We have opinions and we will argue for them, but analytics, testing and accessibility audits settle disagreements. The strongest opinion in the room is not automatically right.
You own everything
Code, accounts, data, design files — all yours from day one, with no proprietary layer in between. A client who stays because leaving is hard is not a client relationship.
Accessible by default
Contrast, keyboard paths and screen-reader semantics are part of the build, not a remediation phase. It is the same work either way; doing it later just costs more.
Finish properly
The last five per cent — empty states, error copy, focus rings, the 404 page — is where care becomes visible. That is the part we refuse to rush.

Understand before proposing
We start with your customers and your constraints, not our template. Stakeholder interviews, analytics review, competitive teardown and a hard look at what is genuinely in the way. You leave this phase with a written brief you could hand to any agency — including one that is not us.

- Competitive teardown

Draw the shape of the thing
Scope, structure and success measures agreed before a pixel is placed. We map the flows, name the pages, and decide together what is in version one and what waits. Ambiguity is cheap to resolve here and expensive to resolve later.
- Scope & phasing

- Success metrics
- Fixed timeline

Give every pixel a reason
Interface, motion and content structure developed together in files you can open and comment on any day. We work in components from the first screen, so what you approve is what gets built — not an impression of it.

Ship in slices you can click
Two-week cycles, each ending in something running on a staging URL. Code review, typed end to end, tested on real devices. Progress you can experience, rather than a percentage in a status report.

Leave nothing to launch day
Performance budgets, accessibility audit, cross-browser passes, analytics, redirects and a rehearsed deployment. The exciting version of launch day is the one where nothing happens.

- Performance budget
- Analytics & tracking
- Deployment runbook

Treat the launch as the midpoint
Real usage teaches you things no research phase can. We keep measuring, keep patching, and keep a prioritised improvement backlog moving — because products that stop being tended quietly stop working.
